To access the parking lot from West Street, there is a driveway next to 176 West Street with a large, faded white "Annapolis Decorators" sign next to the driveway.  It is directly across West Street from Colonial Avenue.  Go to the end of the driveway, turn left and go through the alley to enter the parking lot behind the buildings.  The driveway does not end at the garage.
